PAYMENT AND BILLING

We accept payment in cash, cards, e-wallets, net banking and other convenient payment methods.

The customer will get the exact bill ( invoice ) for respective order after checking and verification at our facility.

Ensure to check the digital bill on our application before due delivery of articles to be processed.

Customers are requested to examine the articles at the time of delivery. We would not be held responsible for any damages that are found 24 hrs after delivery of processed articles.

We are not responsible for fastness, colour bleed, colour running, shrinkage, damages to embellishments or embroidery work on the articles during processing.

We put our best efforts to ensure that there is no damage to the articles during processing however we cannot guarantee that 100% due to the nature of the laundry sector. Customers will have no claim whatsoever or no rights to ask for any compensation or deduction in processing charges on account of any damage during processing of the articles. In case of compensation or deduction in processing charges, if any, it will be at the sole discretion of the management.

Customers will have no claim whatsoever or no rights to ask for any compensation or deduction in processing charges on account of any loss of article during our entire process. In case of compensation or deduction of processing charges, if any, it will be at the sole discretion of the management.

We put our best efforts to ensure that customers are satisfied with the quality of our service and in case of any dissatisfaction we try tooth and nail for resolution of that dissatisfaction, however customers will have no claim for any kind of reimbursement in case of dissatisfaction with the quality of our service.
