For orders scheduled on the same day, customers are allowed to cancel order pick-up till 2 hours before pick-up time.

For orders scheduled on the next day, customers are allowed to cancel order pick-up till 8 am on the day of order pick-up.

There may be cases where High Five Wash has to cancel your orders that include but are not limited to technical errors, overcapacity, unavailability of logistic executives or laundry partners. In such a case High Five Wash shall not charge anything. 

All refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received, unless refunds have been provided to You in the form of credits, refund amount will reflect in your account based on respective banks policies.

The case of “Authorization Breach” — in the event you provide incorrect particulars, contact number, delivery address etc., or that you were unresponsive, not reachable or unavailable for fulfillment of the services offered to you, shall amount to breach of your unconditional and irrevocable authorization in favour of High Five Wash, you shall be liable to pay the full amount of your order.
