Customers need to count their clothes at the time of pickup and verify it on our mobile application.

No claims for garment loss will be entertained if any mismatch is reported after successful delivery.

Pickup and delivery will be done by us as per scheduled time, but we do not guarantee to match your scheduled pickup and delivery time, it may vary little as per the availability of pickup/delivery person or any uncontrollable incidents . We are not responsible for any kind of reimbursement in case of delay in pickup/delivery.

We examine each garment after we receive them at our facility and notify if any damage is observed. However, few exceptions are considered under manual error and we will not be held responsible for any pre-damaged article or any damage that cannot be caused by process/products used at our facility.

We do not accept any accessory that is not to be processed.

All accessories which can be detached from the garment will be counted as separate items and charged separately.
